2-3 years of development experience
Experience with Shopping Cart, PayPal/Credit Card processing
Should have strong web concepts
Excellent analytical and design skills
Self-motivated and ability to work in challenging environment
Should be willing to learn variation of tools

Skills: ASP .Net using VB .NET, MS SQL Server, skills of Photoshop/Fireworks are desirable

Web Designer/Flash Expert
2-3 years of web designing experience
Innovative and creative mind
Should be able to demonstrate designing skills
Should have strong web concepts
Excellent analytical and design skills
Self-motivated and ability to work in challenging environment
Should be willing to learn variation of tools

Skills: Strong in Flash with Action Script, Photoshop/Fireworks, Html, Java Script, CSS
